You acknowledge and agree that: a) Wasatch Water-Wise Convesions is your primary contractor and sole point of contact for service agreements, guarantees, and payments. b) The actual physical work may be performed by one or more white-labeled Service Providers under our management and direction. c) We maintain full responsibility to the Client for the satisfactory completion and compliance of the Services, regardless of the Service Provider used.
3. Client Eligibility and Account Security
